Initial practical experience as an intern or working student

As part of our team, you will be integrated in our day-to-day business, take on exciting tasks, apply your theoretical knowledge and develop your skills. We offer flexible work hours to support your studies. You also have the opportunity to take on responsibility and manage small projects independently. 

You can be assigned to the different specialist areas and project teams, for example in life insurance, damage and accident insurance, product development, finance, personnel, IT, marketing or sales. If you are working on an appropriate topic, you may also be able to write your thesis with us.

Internship: Your chance to get hands-on experience

Whether an internship is required or voluntary – in our organisation you gain valuable experience and prepare for your entry into working life with flexible durations and fair pay.
