Around 4.000 employees have already opted for the VHV Group as an attractive employer. Most of these employees work at our head office in Hanover, Germany. As a large insurance company, we also maintain offices in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne and Munich as well as in Austria, Italy, France and Turkey.

As an employer, we aim to establish a long-term working relationship with our employees – respect, fairness and honesty – and that is why we like to take on our apprentices after they pass their exam.

We offer our employees further training and support them in making the best possible contribution of their knowledge and skills to our company. We scarcely have any staff turnover in the VHV Group. Those who join our team like to stay – on average for around 16 years.
